Former Economist at the Department of Treasury and Finance in Victoria Sanjeev Sabhlok has drafted a complaint to the International Criminal Court “In relation to their ongoing crimes against humanity in the state of Victoria and Australia since end-march 2020, that arise from their reckless and disproportionate public health measures.”

Sabhlok rose to prominence in Victoria in September by resigning from his post in protest “[against] the outrageous violations of liberty and good policy by the Daniel Andrews government.”

Sabhlok posted a lengthy 124 page draft (as of writing) and is inviting submissions to the report until the 11th of November.
